Why We Built This Site
Utah generally permits access to public court records, but finding the proper custodian takes care. The Seventh District Court clerk keeps Grand County felony, civil, domestic, and probate case files. The Justice Court clerk keeps traffic, parking, infraction, lower-misdemeanor, ordinance, river-runner citation, and small-claims matters. Xchange draws public case information from the court system, while formal copies still come from the responsible clerk. The Grand County Clerk/Auditor maintains county administrative records and expressly is not the clerk of the courts. This resource brings those roles, contact points, searches, and request steps into one clear path.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference resource with no affiliation to Utah Courts, Grand County, either court clerk, or any government agency. Those boundaries mean:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot promise that a listed phone number, charge, procedure, or setting remains current
An official or certified Grand County record must come from the clerk of the court that heard the case. A private reference resource cannot issue it.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages and control their own services, results, data practices, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports free public access to this resource. We do not set a partner's charges or determine what its search returns.
